Placing an Order
Orders
Placing an order on Good Vibrations is easy. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and place your order. We ship orders to any address in Canada.
Order Status
Once your order request has been received by us, we will update you regularly about the process of your order via email.
You will receive an email acknowledgement that your order has been received. Once the payment has been verified, our warehouse processes your order. At the warehouse, your order is picked up, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
If you do not receive these order email notifications it is possible the emails have been blocked by your spam filter. Check with your email provider to learn how to mark a sender as legitimate so you can always see our email!
Coupons, Special Offers and Promotions
Coupons, discounts, or promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Only one coupon, discount, or promo code can be applied to each order.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to correct something and have already submitted the order, please contact us immediately. We make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Credit Cards
Good Vibrations accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards for orders. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at Good Vibrations. We employ the latest SSL encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
PayPal
PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely and conveniently send payments online. You can use this service even if you do not have a PayPal account or want to sign up for one. PayPal is an efficient way to send a payment for items purchased on the internet. Most PayPal transactions clear instantly, there is no additional cost to you and it’s secure and private.
Interac E-Transfer
Good Vibrations accepts payment by Interac e-Transfer (Email Money Transfer). To pay by Interac e-Transfer, you will need to access online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution. It is a simple, convenient and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. Your order confirmation email will contain instructions to complete your payment.
Digital Wallet
Good Vibrations accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. No more filling in your card details every time you check out. Digital wallets give you a more secure and versatile way to make transactions online.
Order Processing
Processing Time
We make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur in processing an order. In most cases orders placed before 9:00 am pacific time Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. During busy periods, delays may occur. All orders will be processed no later than 2 business days upon receipt, provided the items are in-stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.
When placing your order, please consider the following
- Business hours at Good Vibrations are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm pacific time excluding holidays.
- Orders placed overnight will be processed no earlier than the next business day.
- Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed no earlier than Monday.
- Cut off time for expedited shipping is 9:00 am pacific time. Orders placed after this time may not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and Handling
All orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping. Shipping fees for orders less than $100 are based on the destination, size, and weight of your items. Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We ship to any address in Canada!
Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees and do not include order processing time. They may be affected by uncontrollable factors, including incorrect delivery addresses, extreme weather conditions, and technical failures. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard ground shipping to Western Canada and 5-12 business days for Eastern Canada.
Receiving Your Order
Delivery
Please be available or have a responsible person available to accept your order. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will provide instructions to receive your order (local warehouse, 2nd attempt, etc.).
Shipping Damage
The items are carefully packed for shipment by our shipping department in compliance with carrier requirements. We realize that shipment damage may occur in spite of these precautions. Please check all shipments when they are delivered for signs of external damage. If packages in your shipment appear damaged, you should immediately notify the delivery driver before you sign and accept your order. Failure to do so may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
